Support coordinators, allied health & NDIS providers

Refer a participant for Community Nursing & Disability-Related Health Supports, High Intensity Supports, or other participant-specific Registered Nurse input. This includes NDIS providers referring a participant in their care, not only support coordinators. IHA will review the participant's clinical needs and confirm the appropriate service and funding arrangement.
