About IHA

RN-led clinical expertise for complex disability-related health needs.

What we do

Inclusive Healthcare Australia is a Registered Nurse-led provider delivering disability-related health supports for NDIS participants with complex clinical needs.

IHA provides direct clinical nursing input for participants whose disability-related health needs require Registered Nurse assessment, oversight, or hands-on care. This includes clinical sign-off for support workers, participant assessment and care plan review, and ongoing nursing support for complex health needs linked to disability.

IHA's clinical team is made up of Registered Nurses with critical care and community nursing backgrounds, bringing that clinical judgement to complex community nursing and home-based care.

How we work

  • Services are based on each participant's care plan, clinical needs, and available NDIS funding for disability-related health supports
  • IHA does not replace medical practitioners or treating teams. We work alongside them
  • All clinical support is delivered or overseen by a Registered Nurse
  • Documentation is provided to support provider workforce and compliance records where required

Who we work with

  • NDIS participants with complex or high-intensity health needs
  • Support coordinators managing complex cases
  • NDIS providers requiring Registered Nurse input or clinical sign-off
  • Allied health professionals and treating teams
  • Families seeking clinically qualified oversight of disability-related health support

Registrations

IHA is a registered NDIS provider, and a registered provider with WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
