IHA provides Registered Nurse-led clinical support for participants with complex disability-related health needs, working alongside their existing support arrangements.
IHA supports referrals where an NDIS participant's disability-related health needs require Registered Nurse assessment, disability-related health supports or a participant-specific High Intensity clinical pathway.
Participant referrals primarily fall into two pathways:

Where an existing NDIS provider needs the clinical/competency pathway around its own workers, IHA also provides:

Submit a referral with the information you have available.
A Registered Nurse reviews the referral against the participant's clinical needs.

A Registered Nurse assesses the participant directly.
IHA provides clinical recommendations and, where appropriate, commences the service.
