Subcutaneous Injection Support

Nursing support for participants requiring clinically indicated subcutaneous medication administration.

Complex Wound Care Support

Assessment, management and ongoing nursing support for complex wounds associated with disability-related health needs.

Epilepsy and Seizure Support

Clinical support for participants requiring seizure management strategies, monitoring and escalation planning.

Medication Administration

Registered Nurse administration and management of medications related to disability-related health needs.

Ongoing clinical monitoring for participants with chronic or degenerative conditions linked to their disability.

Each participant's support needs are assessed individually, based on their care plan, clinical needs, environment, and existing support arrangements. IHA works alongside participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals and NDIS providers to deliver safe, consistent, and clinically appropriate care.
