How It Works

From first enquiry to ongoing review

1

Initial enquiry

Tell us about your organisation and what you need.

2

Scoping

We discuss your requirements and may provide a scoping form.

3

Proposal and quotation

You receive a proposed scope, fees and engagement arrangements.

4

Delivery and review

Agreed services are delivered, with follow-up or ongoing review where required.

Completing a scoping form is a first step only. It does not mean a clinical audit or review has been carried out.

Scope: IHA provides consultancy, documentation review and compliance support within an agreed scope. IHA is not an NDIS Approved Quality Auditor, does not conduct formal NDIS certification audits and cannot guarantee audit outcomes. Providers remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations and for implementing corrective actions.
