What we do

Inclusive Healthcare Australia (IHA) is a Registered Nurse-led provider delivering clinical nursing and High Intensity support for people with complex disability-related health needs.

We work in two ways. IHA provides Community Nursing & Disability-Related Health Supports and High Intensity Supports directly to participants, and provides flexible, participant-specific RN clinical expertise to NDIS providers around their existing support teams.

For NDIS providers, this can include clinical assessment and care planning, participant-specific worker education, competency assessment and RN sign-off where demonstrated, as well as single, episodic, as-required or ongoing RN clinical support.

How we work

• Participant-specific. Services are shaped around the participant's individual clinical needs, current care plans, treating-practitioner instructions and support arrangements.
• Clinically led. Registered Nurse expertise guides IHA's clinical assessment, planning, oversight and participant-specific clinical support.
• Collaborative. We work alongside participants, families, Support Coordinators, treating practitioners and existing NDIS providers where appropriate.
• Clearly documented. Clinical recommendations, care planning, worker education and competency outcomes are documented according to the agreed service.
• Within scope. IHA works within its professional and service scope and alongside the participant's treating team.
